PRIVATE POOL PARTIES
Manor Farm Pool offers the perfect private venue for children’s birthday pool parties for up to 20 guests (including babies and spectators) at an affordable price of £200 for 1.5 hours. (Excluding changing time plus extra time afterwards in the party room).
Our beautiful pool can be hired for your exclusive use and includes the use of inflatables and a music speaker. Included in the price is use of our party room for birthday tea afterwards.
The following adult to child swim ratio must apply
- Age 0-3 must be accompanied on a one to one basis
- Age 4-7 must be accompanied on a one to two basis
- Age 8-15 must be accompanied on a one to three basis
We strongly recommend that any child who is not a confident swimmer be accompanied on a one to one basis

Manor Farm Pool is unmanned with no lifeguard, therefore you will be required to agree to our terms and conditions & follow our Code of Connduct, you can read that here.

Once you have paid online you will be sent confirmation and access information once you have completed your booking.
