PRIVATE POOL PARTIES

Manor Farm Pool offers the perfect private venue for children’s birthday pool parties for up to 20 guests (including babies and spectators) at an affordable price of £175 for 1.5 hours. (Excluding changing time).

Our beautiful pool can be hired for your exclusive use and includes the use of inflatables and a music speaker system. If required, we can also arrange birthday tea afterwards in our party room at an additional cost.

The following adult to child swim ratio must apply

Age 0-3 must be accompanied on a one to one basis
Age 4-7 must be accompanied on a one to two basis
Age 8-15 must be accompanied on a one to three basis

We strongly recommend that any child who is not a confident swimmer be accompanied on a one to one basis

Manor Farm Pool is unmanned with no lifeguard, therefore you will be required to agree to our terms and conditions & follow our Code of Connduct, you can read that here.
