AQUA FITNESS SESSIONS

Aqua Fitness, also known as aqua aerobics, is a form of gentle exercise performed in a swimming pool, offering a low-impact workout that's easy on the joints while providing a good cardiovascular and strength workout.

Sessions are 45 minuties and cost £9 and are available on a Tuesday pm, Wednesday am and Friday am (plus Thursday am through Turning Turtles webpage). Please reserve your slot online and pay the instructor directly either by bacs or cash on the day.

I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy some sort of exercise and feel comftoble doing it.
Aqua fit is such a great workout for everyone of all ages and abilities. Workouts can be tailored to the individual, which gives more people the opportunity to access this form of exercise .

I have always been a lover of the water and being a swimmer myself. I decided that becoming a swim teacher would carry on my love of swimming and pass the importance on to so many families . I love fitness and have always loved being part of group exercise classes , so what better way to put all of this together and create an Aquafit class that everyone can enjoy together.
