Looking for a fantastic swimming experience? Whether you want to enjoy a peaceful private hire, focus on lane swimming, throw an unforgettable pool party, share precious time with your baby or toddler, or take part in invigorating Aquacise, we have something for everyone.
This new indoor heated pool, located on our farm in the beautiful village of Tytherington, Warminster and can be hired exclusively. It is 15 x 6 m and heated to 31 degrees, with a constant depth of 1.2m throughout. There are 2 spacious changing rooms and a large viewing area for the non-swimmers in your party. The pool is perfect for family swims, exercising, birthday celebrations, children’s swimming lessons or simply a peaceful swim. Please head to our easy online booking system to select date and time. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be emailed an exclusive one time code to allow you to access the pool 10 minuites prior to your chosen slot.

LANE SWIMMING
No swim partner? No problem! You can book a spot in one of our Adult Only Lane Swim Sessions. These relaxed sessions don’t require you to be a pro—everyone is welcome!
AQUA FITNES
Aqua Fitness, also known as aqua aerobics, is a form of gentle exercise performed in a swimming pool, offering a low-impact workout.
PRIVATE POOL PARTIES
Manor Farm Pool offers the perfect private venue for children’s birthday pool parties for up to 20 guests (including babies and spectators) at an affordable price of £175 for 1.5 hours. (Excluding changing time).
BABY & TODDLER SWIMMING
These sessions are £8 per pair (1 Adult & 1 baby or toddler) for 30 minutes in the pool and the age range is from birth to pre school. If you would like to bring 2 adults with 1 child, please book 2 places.
As the 4th generation of farmers within the family, we have been rearing a beef herd of pedigree South Devon Cows for over 20 years. Our herd have been born and lovingly reared here on our family farm in Tytherington. We use traditional values and pride ourselves in attention to detail to produce quality stock. These methods have been passed down the generations and remain true today, while embracing the changes in technology and genetics that have evolved over the past 100 years. As a mixed farm we also produce a variety of cereal crops and grass leys, as part of a rotation to help enhance healthy rich soil to produce the lush green grass that the herd graze.
